A low level building, snuggled into a small village, discrete and hidden from the main road.

House 53 is, like most bespoke homes, the vision and dream of its proud commissioners and owners. Having the ability to cherry pick every aspect of your home was something very important to these owners. They took great care in choosing every aspect of how their home was built, in advance of any timbers being cut or parts ordered. So when delivery finally comes, choosing what is to go where and how in terms of lighting and other electronic provisions had to be made.

Luckily for both of us, GES Digital were given the order for the works and we were then able to work through every item that required attention in an orderly manner. This involved specifying lighting that would work with the build constraints and meet the ECO credentials most important to the owner. It also meant talking to the owners about their expectation for Wi-Fi and security and offering solutions which would give them the service they demanded.

The owner was quite specific about the lighting and lots of discussion was had to make sure we understood their demands fully and then with that information, we were able to specify a number of products from which they could choose what they wanted to utilise or also look to source from another route.

Knowing what to put where, and having made allowance for that in the design, GES Digital were able to give the owner the confidence they required to be sure they were getting what they needed in the immediate and also as their needs changed into the future.
