House 54, London

A 4 bedroom house split over 3 floors.

House 54 is a beautiful family home. The owners were unsure what they wanted and were kind enough to allow us to help them curate their requirements.

A visit to a supplier’s showroom with all of the family to ascertain their entertainments needs was offered and undertaken. No surprise, the children loved the cinema experience so much, the parents felt it as a simple choice to include for this. They liked the audio experience so much that we installed Dolby systems into two rooms, one for movies and one for general TV and streamed viewing.

The house is fitted with only LED lamps throughout, from the garden and the bedrooms through the kitchen and the cinema room, LEDs provide a warm light with perfect control through their choice of KNX switches.

The system installed controls the following functions fully automatically.

• Lighting
• Blinds and curtains
• Heating
• Ventilation

It uses a number of switches on the walls which recall functions, all adaptable by the home owner via an app on a simple, logical and “easy to use” and “hard to make a mess” of interface.

We have also included some additional control to the neighbouring house which uses a shared driveway and needs to be abel to switch them on when they need them too.

House 54 was a pleasure to put together and our relationship contiunues with the owners as they figure out what they will do to the neighbouring hose in which a family member resides. True acknowledgment of our process and results.
